Rihem Frisby
LAUREL, Del. - A man has been arrested in connection with a Monday morning shooting in Laurel. Delaware State Police say that they took Rihem Frisby, 20 of Laurel, into custody at his probation officer's office on Tuesday.
Police say that during Monday's incident, Frisby pointed a gun at a man who was sitting on his car, and allegedly demanded the victim to hand over everything he had. He is listed in stable condition at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Frisby is charged with 1st degree attempted murder, 1st degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.
