SALISBURY, Md. - A Wicomico County murder trial is over after authorities say Kaleb Phillips pleaded guilty Monday.

Phillips was one of two men accused of gunning down Arnold Fagans Junior outside the West Road apartments back in January. Monday he pleaded guilty to first degree murder. Officials say his sentencing has been deferred to a later date.

Stewart Desbagne, the other man accused in the murder, was found guilty of second degree murder earlier this year. He is scheduled to be sentenced next week.
