Victoria Pitts-Maddox
SALISBURY, Md.- A Salisbury woman is facing attempted murder charges after allegedly attempting to run over another woman with her car on Saturday. The victim reportedly told Wicomico County Sheriff's on September 15th, that Victoria Pitts-Maddox, 26, tried to run her over, on Tuscola Avenue, and when she missed, Pitts-Maddox got out of the car and started yelling that she was going to killer her.
Police say that this incident happened four days after another incident also involving the two women, where Pitts-Maddox apparently went to the victim's house and started breaking windows, while again threatening to kill her. They say that the on-going problem has to do with a man.
Police couldn't find Pitts-Maddox on September 11th, but had a warrant out for her arrest. After the second incident police caught up with her and arrested her on attempted murder, 1st degree assault charged for Saturday's incident, in addition to a malicious destruction of property charge for Tuesday's incident.
She is being held on $35,000 bond as well as without bond for the two incidents.
