House Fire In Salisbury Being Investigated

SALISBURY, Md. - A basement fire is under investigation in Salisbury. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office is looking into a Truitt Street house fire, that broke out around 6:40 PM on Sunday night.

Officials say that no one was hurt, but that the blaze caused around $7,000 in damages. The occupants of the home discovered it in the basement, but the cause is still being examined. The American Red Cross is assisting the family.
