Murder Trial Set To Begin in Wicomico Co.

WICOMICO CO., Md. - The murder trial of Randy Clayton began Tuesday morning. Clayton is one of 2 men charged in the death of 26-year-old Euric George of Delmar. Police say George was gunned down in March just outside the Chestnut Manor apartment complex.

The other suspect charged in the murder is Bilal Akram.  George Holland was originally charged in the incident, but charges were recently dropped. Akram is scheduled to be in court later this month.

The trial is expected to wrap up by Wednesday afternoon. Akram is expected in court in two weeks.
