Delaware Man Arrested For Sexual Solicitation Of A Child

DOVER, Del. - A north Dover man was arrested in connection with the sexual solicitation of an 11-year-old-girl. Troopers say on August 17th, a relative of the child called, saying that the girl's neighbor had been asking her to perform unlawful sexual acts. According to reports, the girl had been approached at her house by  72-year-old David Krutenat, on several occasions that day and was given hugs and kisses that were not wanted. Krutenat allegedly asked her to perform a sexual act, when she refused, he left the property. 

Krutenat turned him self into authorities on September 7th. He was arraigned on the following charges: sexual solicitation of a child, 2 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a person under 13, sexual harassment, and 5 counts of offensive touching. He was released on $21,000.00 unsecured bond and is not to have any contact with the victim or anyone under the age of 18.

 Any similar incidents regarding David Krutenat are asked to be reported to Delaware State Police at 302-741-2811 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.  Information may also be submitted online or by anonymous text message just text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."
