Maryland Man Arrested For 7th DUI Offense

HARRINGTON, Del. - Harrington Police nab a Western Maryland man for his 7th DUI offense. 57-year-old Neil Lessner was reportedly driving the wrong way on a one way street over the weekend. When police got to the driver's side window, they say Lessner reeked of alcohol.

A field sobriety test confirmed he was drunk. Police say his blood alcohol content was over twice the legal limit.
