Suspect At Large After Allegedly Using Stolen Credit Card

Dover, Del. - The search is on for a female suspect who authorities believe stole someone's wallet.
According to Delaware State Police, it all happened between 8:30 PM August 28th and 5:00 AM August 29th. They say a black female took a wallet from inside a car on the unit block of Royal Grant Way in the Royal Grant Development. On the 29th, the suspect allegedly started using a credit card from the wallet at the Forest Avenue Wawa to buy food and gas.

The suspect is described as an African American woman with a heavy build wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue tank top, grey sweat pants and black sneakers; possibly driving a silver four door vehicle.
