Georgetown Man Arrested For Attempted Break In

HARRINGTON, De. -- A Georgetown man is behind bars after an attempted burglary in Harrington Sunday.

Police say they responded to a break-in in progress on the 1700 block of South Dupont Highway.

When officers arrived they were told the suspect, later identified as 44 year old Paul Derr, attempted to break into the home but was unsuccessful and fled.

Police located Derr on Route 13 and took him into custody.
