Ellendale Sex Offender Wanted By Police

ELLENDALE, Del. - Officials are looking for a sex offender who hasn't registered his address with them.

Roland Rodriguez, 34, of Ellendale, is wanted by Delaware State Police after they say that he failed to re-register his current address, which he, by law, has to do within three days. Rodriguez is a moderate risk offender, described as a 6' 2" tall, black male, weighting 270 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.

Police say he could be living near Dover. Information on Rodriguez's whereabouts can be called in the Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, or text DSP to CRIMES (274637).
