CRISFIELD, Md. - Two people are being accused of breaking into a Crisfield home. Early Sunday morning, around 4:50 AM, a man tells police that he woke up to a loud noise in his home.
Police say the noise turned out to be 26-year-old Gary Jones Jr., and 27-year-old Zackary Deprise, both of Crisfield. They were reportedly in the Somers Cove home looking for the victim's son, who was not home at the time.
Police say that the two ransacked the home, and took the victim's cell phone, leaving it destroyed in the front yard, before fleeing. Jones and Scott were arrested on Monday by Sheriff's Deputies. They are both being held on $75,000 bond.
