Alleged Knife Assault In Crisfield Lands One Behind Bars

CRISFIELD, Md. - A Crisfield woman has been arrested after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend.

Crisfield Police say that Janice Garcia, 53, chocked and stabbed her live in boyfriend, and the victim had the wounds to prove it.

Garcia was arrested and charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and deadly weapon intent to injure. She is being held on $75,000 bond.

The kitchen knife was reportedly recovered at the scene. The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries.
