NANTICOKE, Md. - A Bivalve man has been arrested after allegedly beating up one of his fishing buddies.
On Monday night around midnight, a group was fishing at Nanticoke Harbor, when 19-year-old Thomas Outten, reportedly got mad and attacked another member of the group. A police investigation showed that Outten started punching and kicking the victim, along with choking him before backing off.
The victim was treated for his injuries. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office arrested Outten, charged him with 2nd degree assault and reckless endangerment. He is being held at the Detention Center on $25,000 bond.
