WMDT's Emily Lampa Trains For "Waiter's Race"

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - On September 22nd, WMDT's Emily Lampa will be donning a waiter's apron and carrying a tray with a half full wine glass, in hopes of crossing that finish line FIRST and without spilling a drop!

But the "Chef's for Humanity - Waiter's Race" isn't just about bragging rights. It's also about raising money for a great cause - Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County.

They factor in how much money the celebrity waiters raise prior to the event with race times.

So, if you would like to help Emily or any of the other waiters competing - CLICK HERE for more information and to vote. 5 dollars equals 5 votes.

Habitat For Humanity of Wicomico County is a non-profit organization, which helps build and furnish homes for deserving families through hard work and sweat equity.
