DOVER, Del. - Police have made arrests in connection to the two crimes at Dover businesses last month.

Tuesday night around 8 PM Dover Police say three black male suspects entered the Family Dollar on Bay Road, wearing masks, one armed with a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes. The three then reportedly fled on foot.

An officer was able to stop and arrest 22-year-old Cameron Norwood. Another suspect, age 14, allegedly ran to Capitol Park, carjacked a vehicle and forced the occupants to drive to the 200 block of President Drive, where he was taken into custody.

He and Norwood are being held on bond.

A third suspect, Orlando Ingram, was not apprehended and now has a warrant out for his arrest. If you know of his whereabouts call the Dover Police Department at (302) 736-7111. Callers may remain anonymous.

Ingram and the juvenile have been linked to an armed robbery August 18th and an Attempted Robbery on August 22nd.
