Strong Armed Robbery At Church's Market

SALISBURY, Md. - On August 31, 2012 at approximately 6:05 P.M. officers of the Salisbury Police Department responded to Church's Market located at 739 E. Church St. in reference to a strong armed robbery. The investigation revealed that the subject entered the business and pushed the clerk while grabbing merchandise. The subject stole a cigar and candy prior to fleeing the business. A description of the suspect was broadcasted to officers searching the area. A short time later officers located the subject in the 200 block of Naylor St. and was taken into custody. The victim was not injured.
