MAPPSVILLE, Va. - Members of a Hispanic community unite to mourn a father of five who was fatally shot in Mappsville last week.
Just a year ago, another member of the Hispanic community was attacked in a similar fashion. Wednesday night, community members and local law enforcement officials gathered for a candlelight vigil at the Parksley Volunteer Fire Department in Virginia, in a movement to stand up against crime. We're told more than 700 people showed up.
