DEWEY BEACH, Del. - Developers are moving forward with plans to knock down Ruddertowne to build a mixed use complex. Dewey Beach Enterprises started phase 1 of construction. They're now working on the new Hyatt Place Hotel and Condos. It will be appropriately named "The Residences at Ruddertowne." Construction should be complete before the next summer season.
