Claude Hill Sentenced To 5 Years

SOMERSET CO., Md. - On Tuesday morning in Somerset County, the father of convicted murderer William Hill had his day in court.

Claude Hill was convicted of "accessory to murder - after the fact" in the death of Whitney Bennett. You'll recall the young mother was killed back in 2010.

Hill has been sentenced to 5 years in prison, the maximum amount for the charge. William's brother, Steven Akers faces the same charge, his trial begins in December.
