Dover Daycare Workers Released After Posting Bond

DOVER, Del. - Three women accused of egging on a fight between toddlers, have been released on bond.

Dover Police say that the incident happened in March, but the women were arrested on Monday. Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare, on State Street in Dover also had its licence suspended pending a hearing on the matter.

Detectives say they have a cell phone video that shows the three woman encouraging two 3-year-olds to fight each other.

Tiana Harris, 19, of Dover, Estefania Myers, 21, of Felton, and Lisa Parker, 47, of Dover were all charged with 2nd degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, 2nd degree reckless endangering, and conspiracy. They were all released after each posting $10,000 bond.
