Sex Offender Wanted In Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del. - Police are looking for a sex offender after he failed to register with them. Delaware State Police say that Jackie Herbert Jr., 48, is a medium risk offender, who hasn't re-registered his address with Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit within the three days required by law.

They say that he may be living in the Wilmington area. Herbert is described as a 5' 8" tall black male, weighting 166 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on Herbert's whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
