DOVER, Del. - A Dover man has been arrested after he allegedly refused to answer questions from police. Dover Police say they got a call about shots fired on Harmony Lane, but when they arrived, they didn't find any victims.
They say that shortly after, at Bay Health Emergency Room, 29-year-old Jermaine Brown, was treated for a gunshot wound to his upper left arm. According to Police, Brown refused to answer questions about who shot him and why, so they arrested him and charged him with hindering prosecution. He was later released on bond.
