Burton Extradited To Maryland And Denied Bail

SNOW HILL, Md. - A suspected murder has been extradited to Worcester County.

28-year-old Matthew Burton of Dagsboro, who is accused of murdering Nicole Bennett on June 14th, was extradited from Delaware to Maryland where he was later denied bail.

He is currently being held at the Worcester County Jail. Burton is scheduled to be in court again on Friday for a bail review hearing, but no other trial dates are scheduled at this time.
