MARION, Md. - A Salisbury man has been arrested after allegedly having an two year relationship with a minor. The Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack's Criminal Investigative Section started looking into this after they got a report about the sexual assault of a juvenile.
That investigation showed that Timothy Riddleberger had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl between April 2009 and July 2011, while he was 43-years-old and living in Marion. They say that the victim was raped on one occasion.
Troopers searched Riddleberger's Salisbury home, where they reportedly found child pornography from a separate victim, on a laptop computer.
Riddleberger has been charged with 2nd degree rape, 3rd and 4th degree sex offence, and 2nd degree assault. He is being held on $500,000 bond.
