Rape And Assault Charges For One In OC

OCEAN CITY, Md. - A Pennsylvania man is behind bars after allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl. Ocean City Police say that Jason Mackulin, 31, got into an argument with the group of people he was sharing a rental unit with, and pulled out a Taser.

An investigation showed that the fight was about Mackulin sexually assaulting an 15-year-old girl, who was unrelated to him, but was also staying in the unit. Police also learned that Mackulin had assaulted both his girlfriend, and her 14-year-old son.

He was charged with 2nd degree rape, 3rd and 4th degree sex offence, 2nd degree assault, and other related offences. Mackulin is being held at Worcester County Jail on $250,000 bond.
