BLADES, Del. - Two adults have been arrested after they allegedly gave alcohol to minors and then sexually assaulted them. Delaware State Police started an investigation after a 14-year-old girl told her parents that, a friend of the family had sexually assaulted her.
That investigation showed that on one occasion Tobias Cerillo, 35, of Blades, and Carrie Leager, 30, of Seaford, gave the 14-year-old, along with an 11-year-old girl, alcohol at Cerillo's Blades home. Police say that once the two were drunk, the young girls preformed unlawful sexual acts with the two adults.
Cerillo and Leager were both arrested, charged with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th degree rape, along with 1st degree indecent exposure, and other related offences. Leager is being held at Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $81,700.00 cash bail.
Cerillo was additionally charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child, and sexual solicitation of a child. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on $255,000 cash bond.
Both suspects have been ordered to have no contact with the victims or anyone under 18.
