MILLSBORO, Del. - Police have wrapped up a several month long drug investigation with an arrest.
According to Delaware State Police, they arrested Kara Hagy, 26, of Selbyville, during a traffic stop on Route 113. In the car Police say they found over 120 baggies of suspected heroin, .3 grams of marijuana, and numerous hypodermic needles.
A search warrant was then executed on Hagy's Selbyville home, where Police found more drug paraphernalia in Hagy's 18-month-old son's room.
She was arrested, charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin), endangering the welfare of a child, along with other related offences. Hagy is being held at Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $31,800 bond.
