SEAFORD, Del. - Two men are behind bars after police allegedly found heroin in their car. Seaford Police report that Rite-Aid called them about a fraudulent prescription of Hydrocodon, that was supposedly called in by an Annapolis, MD doctors office.
They say that when Joseph Fooks, 28, of Annapolis, MD and Michael Drummond, 26, of Seaford, came to pick up the prescription, they were arrested. Officers say a search of their vehicle turned up 130 baggies of heroin.
Fooks and Drummond were charged with trafficking heroin, obtaining a controlled substance by deception, and other related offences. Both are being held by the Department of Corrections on more than $100,000 bond.
