PITTSVILLE, Md. - A Laurel, DE man was arrested after going into a home without permission and taking a shower.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says that Brian Cooper, 46, violated a protective order by entering an apartment that he was barred from, without approval, and used the shower. They say that after showering, he left, and the deputy later found him on a nearby porch. The deputy says that when Cooper was confronted about the order, he said he was unaware of it.

Cooper was charged with violation of a protective order, 4th degree burglary, and trespass, and is being held at the Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
