Accused Killer Fights Extradition In Delaware

GEORGETOWN, Del. - The man accused of killing Nicole Bennett is fighting extradition to Maryland On Monday morning, 28-year-old Matthew Burton was denied the request to stay his extradition. A judge ordered that Burton remain in behind bars in Delaware until his hearing on August 16th. The 35-year-old woman never returned home from her job in Gumboro. Her body was found hours later in Worcester County.
