HEBRON, Md. - A Hebron man is accused of using his shoe as a weapon to assault a woman. The Wicomico County Sheriffs Office reports that Jeremy York, 21, followed, a vehicle with two women in it, and intentionally cut them off, hit them and forced them to stop on the road.
York then reportedly got out of his vehicle, took off his cowboy boot, and hit the passenger window until it shattered. Police say the altercation was the result of something that happened earlier at a party.
York was arrested, charged with 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and malicious destruction of property. He is being held at the Detention Center on $30,000 bond.
