MILFORD, Del. - After a month long investigation, eight people are behind bars. Milford Police Department Drugs and Narcotics Division report that they arrested eight people at three locations including, S. Dupont Hwy, S. Walnut Street at Pennsylvania Avenue, and STR 1 at Silicato Way.
Police say that during the investigation they found 568 baggies of heroin, drug paraphernalia including spoons, needles and knives, along with 2 vehicles, cash, and 2 safes.
Timothy Young, 24, of Milford, Angel Hearn, 24, of Ellendale, Howard Bailey Jr., 35, of Georgetown, Derek Lowe, 34, of Laurel, Ashley Stout, 25, of Milton, Tiffany Barnes, 21, of Dagsboro were all charged with possession with the intent to distribute, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stout and Barnes were additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance in a tier 5 quantity (trafficking heroin).
Hearn, Bailey Jr., and Lowe were all additionally charged with possession of heroin.
Kristofer Watson, 30, and Carli Pedrick, 32, both of Milton, were also charged with possession of heroin, along with possession of unauthorized prescription drug, and other related offences.
All eight are behind bars on bond.
