Escaped Offender Back Behind Bars

OCEAN VIEW, Del. - An escapee is now back in custody. Authorities report that Keith Walker, 22, ran away from his work crew detail in Ocean View on July 31st.

Walker was caught Monday morning by Department of Corrections staff in Fenwick Island. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown.
