Man Arrested On 46 Sex Related Crimes

KENT COUNTY, Del. - A Dover man is behind bars after being accused of sexually abusing two children.

Delaware State Police say on Thursday, they arrested Odell Wright, 57, and charged him with 46 sex related crimes stemming from incidents that happened in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Police say that the two female victims who reported the crimes, are now 30 and 32, but at the time of the alleged offences they were 8 and 10-years-old.

They say that Wright lived with the one victim's family, and the abuse happened over a two year period. The other victim says that she was sexually assaulted by Wright over a three year period, while attending church functions, where he was Deacon.
