Man Accused Of Tampering With A Witness In Sexual Abuse Case

DOVER, Del. - A sexual abuse suspect has been arrested again for allegedly attempting to contact his victim. Dover Police report that they received information about Andrew Chrzanowski, 29, who is awaiting trial on 40 counts of sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority or supervision.

They say that they executed a search warrant on his Wyoming, DE home and after examining his computer, authorities say that Chrzanowski was attempting to contact the victim through a social networking website.

They say he posted messages to the victim asking them to deny the allegations, in order to get the charges dropped. Chrzanowski has now been charged with breach of release, and tampering with a witness, he was released after posting bond.
