Police Chase Leads To Resisting Arrest Charges For One

GEORGETOWN, Del. - A Georgetown man is behind bars after allegedly trying to run from police. Rehoboth Beach Police report that they tried to pull over a motorcycle for an expired registration.

The driver, Shawn Snow, 25, reportedly had concealed his registration and fled, near Beaver Dam Road in Lewes, where police weren't able to catch him. Snow was later picked up by Delaware State Police, who turned him over to Rehoboth Beach Police.

Snow is charged with disregarding a police officer signal, resisting arrest, and other related offences. He is being held at Sussex Correctional Institute.
