Attempted Robbery Suspect Arrested In Milford

MILFORD, Del. - A Milford man is behind bars after allegedly trying to rob two people.

Milford Police report that a 25-year-old victim's car broke down, when he and his 24-year-old passenger, were approached by Justin Topolski, 31, who demanded money and told the victims he had a gun, and would shoot. The victims fled on foot, leaving the vehicle behind.

No one was injured in the incident, and no money was taken. Police arrested Topolski, charged him with 1st degree attempted robbery, menacing and terroristic threatening, and are holding him at Sussex Correctional Institute on bond.
