Cupcake Competition At The Delaware State Fair

HARRINGTON, Del. - A heated war on Saturday at the Delaware State Fair, ended in sweet victory.

More than 30 bakers competed in the 2nd annual "Crazy Over Cupcakes Competition."

Judged ranked the tasty treats on visual appeal, texture, flavor, and creativity among other factors. First place wins $100, second place $50, and third gets $25.
