Gingerbread House Contest At Delaware State Fair

HARRINGTON, Del. - The Delaware State Fair provides opportunities for children to get involved and express their creativity.

More than 20 kids compete in a gingerbread decorating contest- they must incorporate the fair theme, "where memories are made" into their design.

The houses are judged on originality, detail and theme. First place winners from 3 different age groups go home with a ribbon, $25 cash prize and bragging rights.
