Seaford Sex Offender Wanted By Police

SEAFORD, Del. - Police are looking for a sex offender after he allegedly failed to register with them.

Delaware State Police report that Gilbert Meekins, 39, of Seaford, is a moderate risk sex offender, who they say did not re-register his address within 3 days with DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit, which he is required by law to do. Meekins is described as a 5' 7" tall black male, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Meekins whereabouts is asked to call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
