DSP Looking For 2 Sex Offenders - WMDT 47 News - Delmarva's Choice

DELWARE - Two sex offenders are wanted by Delaware State Police. Convicted sex offenders are required by law, in Delaware, to register their address with Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit within three days, police say that both of these men have failed to do that.

Delaware State Police report that Samuel Mosley, 38, of Camden, is a low risk offender, described as a 5' 6" tall, white male, weighting around 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

They also say that Ernest Henry Jr., 57, of Felton, is a medium risk offender, who is described as 5' 5" tall, black male, weighting around 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Both of these men are wanted by Delaware State Police.
