Woman Charged With Assault In Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. - A Salisbury woman was arrested after she allegedly assaulted someone.

Salisbury Police report that two people, one of which was Marjorie Dickerson, 52, attacked the victim by pushing them down, beating them with a metal cane, and punching them. The victim had cuts and bruises from the incident.

Police say that the other person was a male acquaintance of Dickerson's and charges are pending for him. Dickerson was charged with 2nd degree assault and other related offences, and released to the custody of Central Booking.
