Del. Man Charged With Sexual Contact With Minor - WMDT 47 News - Delmarva's Choice

CAMDEN-WYOMING, Del. - A Delaware man has been charged with 15 counts of unlawful sexual contact with an 11-year-old-boy.

Police say last month the family of the boy reported that he was being touched inappropriately by a friend of the family. Following an investigation, police determined that 31-year-old Donta President, of Camden-Wyoming, had inappropriately touched the victim at a residence on Laws Lane for over the course of one year.

President was arrested Thursday and charged with 16 charges, consisting of 15 counts of unlawful sexual contact second degree with a person less than 13 years of age and endangering the welfare of a child.

President is being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $152,500.00 secured bond. Police say he was also issued a no contact order with the victim as well as any child under the age of eighteen.
