DOVER, Del. - Police made several arrests for loitering at a local apartment complex. Delaware State Police report that there was a large group of people standing outside one of the buildings at Autumn Run Apartments in Dover, so detectives we up to the group.

Officers say they patted down several subjects, and located a .38 caliber revolver, on William Bailey, 29, of New Castle, with six rounds of ammunition, and the serial numbers missing. Police also found .1 gram of cocaine on Donald W. Little Jr., 37, of Dover, who was also in violation of his probation and curfew, so he was also arrested, charged with possession of a controlled substance, and other related offences. He was released after posting bond.

Those four were, Jermaine Moore, 34, Keith Barry, 19, Alexia Deputy, 20, all of Dover, Michael Harris, 31, of Magnolia. Kerry R.
