Moncher Guilty On Child Sex Abuse And Rape Charges

WICOMICO CO., Md. - A local jury has returned their verdict with one man's fate.

A Wicomico County jury has found Wilner Moncher, 35, guilty of child sex abuse, incest, and two counts of 2nd degree rape. Moncher now faces up to 65 years in jail.

The charges stemmed from an investigation that the Child Advocacy Center did after allegations surfaced about the abuse of a young girl.
