SALISBURY, Md. - A man is behind bars after reportedly pushing a police officer. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, a Deputy was at a house on Johnson Road serving a protective order to Brian Greever, 55, Salisbury.
The Deputy told Greever he had to vacated the home, as per the protective order, but instead of leaving Greever said he was staying, and shoved the deputy while trying to get out the door.
The deputy and Greever had a physical altercation but the deputy was able to subdue him and place him under arrest. Greever was charged with 2nd degree assault, resisting arrest, and is being held on $35,000 bond.
