SALISBURY, Md. - An early morning fire is still under investigation in Salisbury. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office reports that early Monday morning around 2:45 AM, a fire broke out in the front bedroom of a single family, Richmond Avenue home.
It took twenty firefighters, 10 minutes to control, and caused an estimated $20,000 in damages. The home had smoke alarms, but officials say they were not working. The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.
