SALISBURY, Md. - Did you think because school was out that you could ignore the speed cameras? Well think again.
The Salisbury Police Department will be using their Automated Speed Enforcement program all through the summer. They say that there will be over 500 students who need to be able to safely walk to and from school in July and August.
They are "reminding drivers to slow down, obey the posted speed limits and be alert for pedestrians." The cameras are active Monday - Friday 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
