
BRIDGEVILLE, Del. - Police are looking for two suspects after they allegedly robbed a man in Bridgeville. Delaware State Police say on Tuesday night, two men lured a man out of his Coverdale Road home by asking for help with their broken down car. They say that the suspects then physically assaulted the victim, by hitting him in the face and head with a handgun, then forcing him to the ground and rummaging through his pants. According to investigators, the suspects then went into the victim's home, took money, and fled on foot.
The victim was taken to the hospital, treated for multiple injuries, and released. The two suspects are described as black males. The first is between 5' 10' - 6 feet tall, last seen wearing dark clothing, and armed with a handgun. The second is said to be around 5' 07", also last seen wearing dark clothing.
