Frederica Man Caught After Allegedly Pawning Stolen Tools

HARRINGTON, Del. - A man was arrested after allegedly stealing and pawning items. Harrington Police report that Steven Pendley, 31, of Frederica, had taken tools and ladders from a property on Hanley Street.

An investigation showed that they had been pawned. This lead police to arrest Pendley, on theft under $1,500 and 2nd degree conspiracy charges.
